LEARN TO PADDLE
Ages: 14 years and up
Dates: Select Sundays in June, July & August
The Special Olympics Learn to Paddle Program is a sport program for people with special needs who want to explore the world of paddling.
The sessions provide an opportunity for teens and adults with special needs to try out the sport in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches and volunteers work together to ensure a friendly and safe environment while teaching participants the fundamentals of paddling.
No paddling experience is necessary, but participants must be comfortable in and around water. Join us for a summer of fun and exploration on the water. Training opportunities in the off-season are also available.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
Ages: 14 years and up
Dates: May - October
The Special Olympics Competitive Paddling Program is a training program for athletes with special needs who aspire to compete at local, provincial, and national regattas.
Our experienced coaches and volunteers work together to provide specialized training, helping athletes to develop their skills and reach their full potential. Participants will have access to a range of adaptive equipment, and will train in a fun and supportive environment.
Join us for a summer of challenging and exciting opportunities on the water. No paddling experience is necessary, but participants must be comfortable in and around water. Training opportunities in the off-season are also available.
