Join our Para High Performance Program for intensive practices and specialized training for athletes with aspirations for international competition. Our weekly program is perfect for intermediate para-athletes who want to train regularly with more intensive sessions.

Our program is inclusive and integrates para-athletes with able-bodied athletes, fostering a supportive and diverse community. As one of the country's first para programs, we are proud to offer adapted paddle programs that provide a safe and supportive environment for para athletes to develop their skills.

Our experienced coaches will work closely with each participant to tailor the program to their unique needs and goals.

Our Para Masters Program is an inclusive weekly program that integrates para-athletes with able-bodied athletes. It offers intensive sessions for intermediate para-athletes who want to train regularly, develop their skills, and achieve their goals. Our experienced coaches work closely with each participant to tailor the program to their unique needs and aspirations. As one of the country's first para programs, we are proud to provide a safe and supportive environment for para athletes to experience the thrill of paddling.
Our Para Masters Program is perfect for adults (25+) of all skill levels who want to improve their fitness and paddling skills in a fun and supportive environment. During the off-season, our training program includes swimming, running, and weight training to help Masters members stay in shape and maintain their paddling skills.
