Cancellation Policy

By registering for a Dragon Boat Drop-In session, participants agree to the following: All participants must complete and sign the required waiver prior to their first session. Sessions run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe water conditions, participants will be notified if a session is cancelled. No refunds will be issued for cancelled sessions due to weather or conditions. Participants may attend another available session during their active pass period. The First Session Free pass is limited to one use per participant. The One-Month Paddle Pass provides unlimited class bookings for 30 days from the selected start date and does not auto-renew. Participants are responsible for selecting the correct start date when purchasing their pass. Pass dates cannot be adjusted, extended, paused, or modified after purchase. Once a pass has expired, a new pass must be purchased to continue booking classes. Refunds may only be issued if no classes have been booked or redeemed under the pass. If you can no longer attend a session, please remove yourself from the class at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time so that participants on the waitlist may join. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to paddle. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session if safety instructions have already begun.
